Precision peptides.Pure potential.

Every sequence we release is synthesised to order, assayed by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and shipped with the chromatogram that proves it. No pooled stock. No borrowed certificates.

The vial is the argument

A certificate
is not a
marketing asset

Most of this market sells the same white powder with the same PDF attached. We think that is the whole problem.

A PEPTHENA lot number resolves to one synthesis run, one HPLC trace and one mass spectrum — taken from the material in the vial you are holding, not from a reference batch made two years ago. Scan the code on the label and the chromatogram loads. If the peak is not where it should be, the lot never leaves the building.

That is the entire promise, and it is a deliberately small one. We do not claim outcomes. We claim identity and purity, and we prove both.

Reconstitution bench

Stop doing
the maths on paper

Pick a sequence and the bench loads its published protocol. Change the water volume and watch the vial fill, the powder go into solution and the plunger travel to the exact unit mark you need to draw.

Choose the sequence

Vial size, water volume and the published dose range load automatically.

Set the water

Less water means a stronger solution and a smaller, harder-to-read draw.

Set the dose

Enter in micrograms or milligrams — the bench converts either way.

Read the syringe

The plunger lands on the unit mark. Draw to that line, not to a number in your head.

Quality control

Four gates
before release

A lot that fails any one of them is destroyed, not downgraded and not sold as a lower grade.

HPLC analysis of a peptide lot
Gate 02 · reversed-phase HPLC, area-under-curve purity
Peptide vials in cold storage
Gate 04 · −20 °C hold until the release paperwork clears

01 · Identity

Electrospray mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight matches the intended sequence. A mismatch here ends the lot immediately.

02 · Purity

Reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection at 214 nm. We release at ≥ 99 % area under curve; the trace goes on the certificate unedited.

03 · Residuals

Acetate content, residual solvent and water by Karl Fischer titration — the numbers that decide how the powder behaves once it is in solution.

04 · Sterility

Bioburden and endotoxin testing on the filled vial, then a −20 °C quarantine hold until every result is signed off.

Short supply chains
are honest ones

Peptide synthesis is not difficult to outsource. It is difficult to outsource and still know what you are selling. Every link you add between the resin and the vial is a link where a certificate can start describing a different batch than the one in the box.

So we kept it short. Solid-phase synthesis, purification, analysis, lyophilisation and filling happen in the same building, by people whose names are on the release documents. When a customer calls about lot PN-2607-114, the person who ran the column can answer.

We would rather sell you less material with a number you can trust than more material with a number you cannot check.
